The grounds

From the stone-flagged courtyard, a gate leads to the garden with fruit trees, and the wooded park in which a small 19th century building (folly) is hidden, which was perhaps used as a chapel or even a love nest. At the end of the park is a lane which gives access to the rear of the property but offers no through route for other traffic.
